Paying Your Tech Fee

Congratulations on being selected for a 2024 Juried Showcase! To secure your spot, you must complete this form and pay the $375 tech fee by midnight on Sunday, April 21, 2024. 

Announcement: OAPN will announce its selected 2024 Juried Artists on either Monday, April 22 or Tuesday, April 23. Please do not make any announcements until we have officially announced this on our website, social media channels, and through our email list. 

Next steps: Clark Metelsky, OAPN’s production manager, or Erin Cameron Miller, Conference Committee Production Assistant, may email you to discuss your tech rider if necessary. When Clark and Erin complete the juried showcase schedule, you will receive your showcase date, time slot, and time check. 

Please note: OAPN cannot accommodate artists’ specific date or time requests. Please reserve all dates below until confirmed. All artists should receive their official date and time confirmation the first week of May.

OAPN showcase dates and times:

• Sunday, September 29, 6-10 pm
• Monday, September 30, 6-10 pm
• Tuesday, October 1, 6-10 pm

Your soundcheck will occur in the morning between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on the same day as your showcase. Your performance will be at The Valentine Theatre in downtown Toledo.
