Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. At the same time, the OAPN Conference requires significant advance financial commitments. The following policy helps us plan responsibly while offering flexibility where possible.

Refund Schedule

• Cancellations received 45+ days prior to the conference:
  Eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations received 30–44 days prior:
  Eligible for a 50% refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations received fewer than 30 days prior:
  No refunds will be issued.

Processing Fees
All payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Deferral Option
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event may opt to defer their registration to the next OAPN conference in lieu of a refund.

• Deferrals hold no cash value
• Cannot be applied to membership or other fees
• Do not guarantee exhibit space or showcase participation
• If future registration rates increase, the difference must be paid

Transfer Option 
Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no cost up to 7 days prior to the event. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

Donation Option
At any time, registrants may choose to convert all or part of their registration fee into a tax-deductible donation to OAPN.
